For the non-member participants, the difference in price between non-member token and member token shall be reimbursed at the front desk counter at the venue
Refunds are available if your event is postponed, rescheduled or canceled.*
If you can't attend an event for the reasons listed below, you'll be reimbursed up to 100% of the ticket price.
Canceled Event
If you ordered your tokens online, we have you covered! No additional action is needed and you won't need to reach out to us.
You will be notified through email that the event is canceled
Your refund is automatically delivered (except Paypal fees) to the same account used for purchase. Refunds should be received within 7-10 business days after the event has been canceled
Postponed or Rescheduled Event
When events are postponed or rescheduled: You will be contacted via email with the new event information. Unless notified otherwise, your token will be valid for the new event date.
